Does nonprofit validation for Google for Nonprofits require an IRS determination letter?

Our nonprofit has applied for Google for Nonprofits validation, but we have not received our IRS letter of determination. We do show as a nonprofit on the IRS website referencing "Publication 78 Data". Will this delay the validation by TechSoup? North Texas Renewable Energy Group, EIN 82-0824760
